1. The service
Fundly Languages is an AI-powered language learning platform offering conversation practice, pronunciation training, exercises, vocabulary, grammar support and progress tracking across the languages listed on our website.
AI-generated feedback is an educational aid. It may occasionally contain mistakes and does not replace certified language exams or professional translation.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the service.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Access is sold as one-time purchases for a fixed period (1 to 12 months, depending on the plan). All plans include the same features; they differ only by access duration.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
Plans do not renew automatically. When your access period ends, your access stops unless you choose to purchase a new plan.
4. Fair use
AI conversation practice is subject to reasonable daily usage limits to keep the service fast and available for all learners. Automated access, scraping, or attempts to abuse the AI features are prohibited.
5. Refunds and right of withdrawal
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to interfere with its operation, or to reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, design and trademarks of Fundly Languages belong to VOLUMEXATO – LDA or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service during your access period.
8. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect. Changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of a consumer dispute, you may use an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt), or the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
